We are looking for a Senior Product Specialist to join our dynamic team. The role involves serving as the primary link between market companies and development departments, coordinating and delivering technical support for vehicles, developing creative containment actions, representing market and customer perspectives in quality issue projects, performing remote analyses, conducting on-site visits worldwide, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Main requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive product development
- Proven experience in vehicle testing and validation processes
- Technical university degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field
- Valid C/CE driver’s license
- Strong analytical skills and passion for problem solving
- Ability to develop creative solutions and containment measures under challenging conditions
- Excellent networking and collaboration skills
- Flexibility to travel internationally
Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary link between market companies and development departments ensuring effective communication and technical issue resolution
- Coordinate and deliver technical support for vehicles addressing hardware and software issues
- Develop and implement creative containment actions to temporarily resolve customer issues
- Represent market and end-customer perspectives in projects addressing quality issues
- Perform remote analyses using support systems to identify and address problems
- Conduct on-site visits worldwide to investigate and resolve vehicle-related concerns
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure technical solutions meet customer expectations
Required hard skills:
