A senior UX/UI designer consultant role to create high-quality user interface and user experience designs for workplace experience and waste management tools, working 100% remotely.
Main requirements:
  • 4-6 years of professional experience in UX/UI design
  • Solid understanding of corporate design processes
  • Experience working within large corporations
  • Proficient and confident in Adobe XD
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to self-organize and manage workload efficiently
  • Proficient in English
Responsibilities:
  • Create high-quality UI/UX designs for workplace experience and waste management tools
  • Utilize an existing design system to develop outstanding designs for internal and external users
  • Execute all design process tasks following the company's double diamond methodology
  • Collaborate effectively with development teams, business stakeholders, and users throughout the design lifecycle
  • Maintain focus and organization while managing tasks efficiently
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
Required hard skills:
  • UX/UI design
  • Adobe XD
  • Design process knowledge (double diamond methodology)
