We are looking for an IT consultant to work within a service desk environment, focusing on user support and solving IT incidents through troubleshooting and diagnostics. This role involves primarily phone and email support for Swedish users, with some on-site support and handling IT equipment orders like computers and monitors. It is a full-time, approximately 6-month assignment with potential for extension. Main requirements:
  • Enjoy helping others and possess broad IT competence

Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to Swedish users via phone and email, including some on-site support
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose IT incidents
