Consultant/Interim - AI Developer in Stockholm

We are seeking an experienced consultant/interim AI developer for a full-time role in Stockholm, starting this summer and expected to continue until the end of 2026. Join a new, skilled AI team working on exciting challenges in optimization, prediction, generative AI, and machine learning with great freedom and influence.
Main requirements:
  • Deep experience in software development within optimization and forecasting
  • Strong proficiency in R and Python
  • Experience with tools such as Databricks, MLflow, and Scikit-Learn
  • Experience deploying models on cloud platforms like Azure
  • Certified Azure Data Engineer and Data Scientist
  • Ability to handle complex AI initiatives strategically and as a mentor
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and improve predictive models for business-critical analyses
  • Work with algorithm-based optimization for resource utilization
  • Further develop AI solutions for pattern and anomaly detection
  • Work with RNN models for OD matrices and generative AI (LLM)
  • Support the business with prescriptive analysis and cost/benefit assessments
  • Act as a mentor and disseminate AI/ML knowledge to other teams
