Main requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in Product Marketing or Product Management
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong storytelling and content creation skills with consistent brand voice
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product features and updates
- Craft compelling messaging for various customer segments across channels
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to align positioning with market needs
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities
- Create sales enablement materials like product one-pagers, FAQs, and presentations
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to optimize marketing and product adoption
- Develop and implement brand experiences aligned with MAJORITY app identity and tone
- Ensure brand messaging consistency across customer touchpoints
- Collaborate to create cohesive, user-focused branding elements
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines reflecting new product growth
- Strengthen brand awareness and loyalty through storytelling and customer-centric content
- Manage brand-related projects ensuring alignment with strategies and deadlines
- Write clear, concise, user-centric in-app copy including onboarding, notifications, and error messages
- Develop style guide for in-app copy to ensure consistency
- Oversee translation process of app content into Spanish ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance
- Collaborate with translators and vendors and manage quality assurance and timelines for translations
- Monitor user feedback from Spanish-speaking users to improve translation quality
