Main requirements:
  • Documented experience in IT security, preferably in Microsoft-centered environments.
  • 3-5 years experience working with Microsoft 365 security features, Azure AD, Intune, and Defender suite.
  • Practical experience with SIEM platforms, endpoint protection, and identity management.
  • Understanding of compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or GDPR.
  • Excellent analytical skills and good communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of Cisco security solutions.
  • Fluency in Swedish both spoken and written.
Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement secure network and client solutions using Microsoft and Cisco technologies (e.g., Intune, Defender for Endpoint, Azure Security Center, Cisco ISE).
  • Monitor and analyze security events in Microsoft 365 environments and hybrid systems.
  • Perform vulnerability analyses and penetration tests to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and compliance standards according to industry best practices.
  • Manage SIEM tools and create custom rules to detect suspicious behavior.
  • Respond to and investigate security incidents, including root cause analysis and remediation.
  • Collaborate with IT operations to ensure secure configuration and patch management.
  • Lead security awareness initiatives and train staff on secure working methods.
  • Maintain and test disaster recovery and continuity plans.
Required hard skills:
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 security features including Azure AD, Intune, and Defender suite.
  • Experience managing and using SIEM tools.
  • Knowledge of Cisco security solutions.
  • Understanding of compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR.
  • Ability to perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
Recommended hard skills:
  • Certifications like Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals or CISSP.
  • Practical experience with automation and scripting, e.g., PowerShell.
  • Knowledge of hybrid cloud environments and secure integration techniques.
