As a Product Designer at Voi, you will enhance the quality of operational workflows by advocating for internal users through the product development process. You will design intuitive tools empowering local operational teams to optimize vehicle maintenance and workflow in warehouses, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric and innovative solutions.
Main requirements:
  • Bring solid experience and skills in Product Design and user-centered principles.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design ideas to stakeholders.
  • Expertise in using Figma and other design tools for prototyping and design execution.
  • Familiarity with design systems and ability to contribute to their development.
  • Comfortable working across physical and digital solutions, not limited to screen-based interfaces.
  • Experience conducting qualitative user research such as interviews, usability testing, and surveys.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address user needs effectively.
  • Ability to navigate design details and broader product strategy.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities:
  • Identify and prioritise user pain points to deliver meaningful improvements in user experience.
  • Conduct in-depth user research using qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Advocate user insights and share findings to promote empathy and user-centered design.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, design standards, and relevant tools for mobility sector.
  • Design and prototype user interfaces with low and high-fidelity tools ensuring visual appeal and intuitiveness.
  • Facilitate user testing workshops and incorporate feedback to refine designs.
