Security Specialist

A Security Specialist role providing support directly to the real estate department with project-related and internal security routines and processes. The role involves planning and executing overarching security work for projects, supporting project management in security issues, and facilitating risk analyses and protective measures.
Main requirements:
  • Academic or equivalent post-secondary education in the security field or minimum five years’ equivalent professional experience.
  • At least three years of professional experience in qualified security protection work.
  • At least three years of professional experience in overarching security tasks similar to described duties.
Responsibilities:
  • Plan the overall security work for projects and develop parts of the project security instruction (PSI).
  • Coordinate and support security protection analyses and specific security protection assessments based on project needs.
  • Ensure information classification is established for the information handled or produced by the project.
  • Ensure system classification is established for any IT systems handled or developed within the project.
  • Ensure consequence level assessments exist or are created for protective values managed or created by the project.
  • Facilitate risk analyses and knowledge-enhancement actions related to security according to project requirements.
  • Provide general support to the project regarding security and security protection matters.
