Seeking an experienced ERP Solution Architect specializing in SAP Project Systems (PS) within SAP S/4HANA to lead design, optimization, and implementation of end-to-end project lifecycle solutions at Hitachi Energy.
Main requirements:
- Proven experience in SAP PS module implementation and support, preferably in SAP S/4HANA environment.
- Strong skills in business process analysis, functional design, and system configuration.
- Experience in project coordination, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to document and communicate complex requirements clearly and effectively.
- Proven experience in multiple full-cycle SAP implementations and rollouts.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with passion for continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills in English; experience in multicultural environment is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Lead implementation, configuration, and support of SAP PS module within SAP S/4HANA landscape.
- Collaborate with Global Product Owners to analyze, document, and align business requirements with global process strategy.
- Support SAP consultant partner in translating requirements into functional specifications and ensuring high-quality solution delivery.
- Drive enhancements and new functionalities to promote continuous improvement and innovation.
- Coordinate testing activities (Unit, Integration, UAT, Regression) with business and SAP partner.
- Oversee vendor performance to ensure timely and quality delivery aligned with solution design.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and training for internal teams and vendors, creating training materials and e-learning tools.
- Provide strategic guidance on system enhancements, upgrades, and digitalization opportunities in Project Opportunity to Close (PO2C) domain.
