We are looking for a meticulous and structured Junior HR Administrator to join our client's team in Gothenburg. This position is ideal for someone starting their career in HR. The role involves administrative tasks across various HR areas and helping ensure smooth personnel-related processes.
Main requirements:
  • 0–2 years experience in HR or administration
  • Education in HR, business administration, or equivalent
  • High level of accuracy and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate
  • Interest in learning and development in the role
Responsibilities:
  • Support HR processes related to employment, terminations, contract renewals, and labor law issues
  • Assist with trainee and expat programs as well as pension processes
  • Update and maintain personnel registers, including employment history, insurance documentation, absences, sick leave, and salary development
  • Ensure correct and confidential handling of personnel data and documents
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed
  • Inform employees about basic HR policies and procedures
Required hard skills:
