We are looking for a service-minded, curious about technology, and interested problem solver to join our team. MultiNet is a successful Swedish provider of web-based systems (SaaS). The company is growing, and we are seeking a new team member for our support center in Norrköping.
Main requirements:
  • Deliver support for various web services via phone and email
  • Daily customer contact and collaboration with all company employees
  • Ability to work both in teams and independently
  • Good computer skills
  • Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer support for MultiNet's web services through phone and email
  • Work closely with customers and company staff as a key team member
