Lead and manage customer projects ensuring successful delivery of software implementations in a regulated environment, focusing on planning, communication, budget, and team coordination.
Main requirements:
- Previous experience in project management, preferably in software implementation
- Experience leading projects in complex, regulated environments such as healthcare
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent)
- Fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written
Responsibilities:
- Lead customer projects from start to finish including planning and follow-up
- Manage budget, resource planning, invoicing, and time reporting
- Handle customer communication including negotiation and pricing
- Manage escalations and internally forward issues
- Coordinate and support project teams including solution architects and developers
- Provide structure, clarity and solution-focus in customer dialogues and team work
Required hard skills:
- Project management experience
- Knowledge of project methodologies (PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent)

- Time reporting and invoicing
Recommended hard skills:
- Post-secondary education in Life Science, Technology, or IT or clinical background
