Lead and manage customer projects ensuring successful delivery of software implementations in a regulated environment, focusing on planning, communication, budget, and team coordination.
Main requirements:
  • Previous experience in project management, preferably in software implementation
  • Experience leading projects in complex, regulated environments such as healthcare
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent)
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Lead customer projects from start to finish including planning and follow-up
  • Manage budget, resource planning, invoicing, and time reporting
  • Handle customer communication including negotiation and pricing
  • Manage escalations and internally forward issues
  • Coordinate and support project teams including solution architects and developers
  • Provide structure, clarity and solution-focus in customer dialogues and team work
Required hard skills:
  • Project management experience
  • Knowledge of project methodologies (PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent)

Recommended hard skills:
