Build the future of infrastructure at Swedbank by designing, innovating, and implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and cloud solutions. Maintain and develop modern storage platforms including SAN, Block Storage, Object Storage, and NAS to provide high-performance, reliable, and scalable data solutions. Collaborate closely with team members to foster knowledge-sharing and joint problem-solving, especially in automation and infrastructure management using code. Main requirements:
- Proven experience with storage solutions including SAN, Block Storage, Object Storage, and NAS
- Knowledge or experience with automation and development practices, including Infrastructure as Code (IaC), is advantageous
- Ability to adapt to ad hoc initiatives, tight deadlines, and changing conditions while maintaining structure and focus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with prioritization in an agile environment (e.g., Scrum, SAFe)
- Organized and driven in identifying user needs, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring delivery of high-quality IT services
- Excellent communication skills in English, with ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Commitment to continuous improvement and accountability for reliable IT service delivery throughout lifecycle
- Relevant academic degree or equivalent experience
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and advance modern storage platforms to deliver high-performance, reliable, and scalable data solutions
- Develop and strengthen personal and team knowledge in Infrastructure as Code through collaboration such as pair programming
- Participate in cloud transformation initiatives, learning and growing together to master fundamentals and uncover new opportunities
- Identify user needs and manage stakeholder expectations effectively
- Deliver high-quality IT services reliably and efficiently
- Adapt to agile working methods and frameworks
