Responsibilities:
  • Handle and resolve incoming support cases in person, via phone, email, and remote control.
  • Troubleshoot computers, mobile phones, printers, and other technical peripherals.
  • Manage accounts in Microsoft Active Directory.
  • Responsible for patching and software distribution.
  • Install new programs and applications.
