Join Xensam AB as a Senior Frontend Developer to lead frontend development efforts with a focus on high-quality, secure, and performant user interfaces using JavaScript, TypeScript, and React. Main requirements:
  • 5+ years of frontend development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Deep experience with React and state management libraries like MobX.
  • Solid understanding of frontend architecture and asynchronous programming.
  • Proficient with Git and utility-first CSS frameworks such as Tailwind.
  • Knowledge of secure coding practices, authentication protocols (OIDC, JWT), and error handling.
  • Good understanding of relational databases and frontend-backend interactions.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
  • Experience mentoring and reviewing code.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement modular and reusable UI components and libraries.
  • Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, backend, and database developers for excellent user experience and accessibility.
  • Define REST API requirements for integration.
  • Apply modern security best practices and OWASP guidelines.
  • Optimize frontend performance, responsiveness, and loading times.
  • Review peers' work, provide constructive feedback, and enforce best practices.
  • Maintain high standards in CI/CD pipelines, code structure, testing strategies, and code quality.
  • Share knowledge, maintain documentation, and mentor junior developers.
  • Guide technical execution, align projects with product goals and scalability requirements.
  • Break down projects into actionable tasks and translate business requirements into technical specs.
  • Take ownership of frontend technical direction and drive architectural decisions.
