Norwegian-speaking IT Support Technician

We are seeking a service-oriented IT Support Technician fluent in Norwegian who is passionate about IT and enjoys helping others solve technical problems. You will join an innovative and knowledgeable servicedesk team, providing support and troubleshooting in a modern IT environment using Windows, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory/Azure AD.
Main requirements:
  • Fluent in Norwegian, Swedish, and English (oral and written)
  • Strong interest in IT
  • Experience in customer service or technical support (meritorious)
  • Knowledge in Microsoft 365, networking, Windows Server, and hardware (meritorious)
Responsibilities:
  • Receive and handle user requests providing excellent service
  • Manage client computers, servers, and mobile phones
  • Work within Windows environment including Microsoft 365 and related corporate applications
  • Administer accounts in Active Directory and Azure/Entra ID
  • Follow up and complete user tickets focusing on customer satisfaction
  • Identify and report recurring problems in support delivery
