AI Governance Manager

We are seeking an AI Governance Manager to ensure that a major Nordic bank's Generative AI platform meets the highest standards of compliance, business, and financial governance. This hybrid role based in central Stockholm involves collaboration across the organization to drive innovation safely and compliantly.
Main requirements:
  • Experience with application and/or providership
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in large corporate IT environments
  • Experience with AI technologies
  • Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the Generative AI platform (Knowledge Agent) complies with internal governance standards including compliance, business, and financial requirements
  • Oversee lifecycle activities of the AI platform, including implementation, updates, and decommissioning
  • Manage key stakeholders across the organization
  • Use internal governance tools to support alignment, transparency, and operational efficiency
