Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, handling various support requests related to user accounts, system issues, and hardware troubleshooting.
Main requirements:
  • Proven experience in Helpdesk or IT Support roles
  • Strong communication skills
  • Service-minded attitude
  • Ability to work 100% on-site in Malmö throughout the assignment period
  • Proficient in Swedish and English (spoken and written)
Responsibilities:
  • Offer user support for technical issues and account management
  • Provide hardware-related support with company-specific system solutions
  • Handle incoming support requests via phone and ticketing system
  • Perform basic troubleshooting for network equipment and user environments
  • Respond to and resolve technical inquiries efficiently
  • Manage and maintain user accounts and access rights
