  • Good knowledge of Microsoft products and their competitors
Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-site end user support and hardware maintenance
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems to provide first-time resolution or escalate as needed
  • Provide maintenance and support for applications and operating systems
  • Gather diagnostic information and analyze issues related to EUC devices
  • Investigate and resolve incidents and problems for EUC devices, peripherals, and software
  • Monitor and resolve performance-related issues
  • Collaborate with colleagues specializing in database administration and network support
