IT Support Specialist

We are looking for an excellent consultant for one of our customers in Borås. The role of IT Support Specialist involves being part of the customer's IT service desk, receiving, handling, resolving, and documenting various IT issues from the organization's users. You need to have a genuine interest in IT and the ability to support users via phone. You will work according to established processes and routines, and it is important to be meticulous in your work. As a consultant, you represent and are the face of both Nexer and the customer.
Main requirements:
  • Experience in customer service or previous IT support work
  • Genuine interest in IT
  • Motivated by problem solving and leaving users satisfied
  • Enjoys interacting with people and providing support in a pedagogical manner
  • Structured and meticulous in work
  • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, handle, solve, and document various IT problems from users
  • Work according to established IT service desk processes and routines
  • Gather accurate information and troubleshoot quickly to resolve user issues
  • Document and update knowledge database
  • Propose improvements and keep shared information updated
  • Represent Nexer and the customer as a consultant
Required hard skills:
  • IT support experience
  • Fluent Swedish (spoken and written)
