Seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to act as the customer's IT manager, serving as their primary advisor and technical contact. This role involves managing customers' IT environments, leading onboarding processes, and ensuring successful technical project implementation while fostering trust in technical and business discussions.
Main requirements:
  • Strong experience in technical advisory, project management or similar roles, preferably in IT infrastructure or security.
  • Ability to understand and manage complex IT environments.
  • Deep understanding of technical solutions, architecture, and integration.
  • Experience participating in negotiations contributing with technical expertise.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical solutions pedagogically.
  • Requirement for B driver's license.
  • Very good Swedish and English skills, spoken and written.
  • Security clearance subject to the Security Protection Act is mandatory for this position.
Responsibilities:
  • Act as the customer's IT manager, understanding their IT challenges and proposing solutions based on Videnca's services and systems.
  • Approve new sales and extensive changes in the customer's IT environment.
  • Take technical responsibility for all changes made on behalf of the customer and ensure successful implementation.
  • Serve as advisor and technical contact point for the customer.
  • Lead onboarding of new customers, including project management and technical consulting.
  • Participate in early negotiation stages with new customers, contributing as a technical subject matter expert.
