Main requirements:
  • Degree in IT, systems science, computer engineering, or similar technical field
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in a comparable IT operations role
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
  • Technical background with curiosity and willingness to apply skills to digital challenges
  • Ability to take ownership and work independently or grow into the role with team support
Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage a secure, modern IT environment supporting BE Group’s digital ambitions
  • Act as subject matter expert in IT, technology, and security providing guidance and practical support
  • Develop strong supplier relationships and manage high-quality outsourced IT services
  • Enhance and support the Modern Workplace platform including Microsoft 365, Windows, device lifecycle and security
  • Collaborate across the business to support applications and services beyond core infrastructure
  • Participate actively in IT-related projects impacting company operations
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies to keep BE Group ahead
  • Design and improve tools and processes to boost daily IT operations performance
