Quality Control Chemist Laboratory Engineer

We at Randstad Life Sciences are seeking a chemist to work in quality control within the pharmaceutical industry for upcoming assignments in Malmö and surrounding areas. As a consultant with Randstad Life Sciences, we are your employer but your daily workplace will be with one of our clients. The position is permanent, starting with a 6-month probation period, full-time (40 hours per week), working office hours.
Main requirements:
- Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry or equivalent natural science field.
- Previous work experience with chemical analyses (HPLC/UPLC, Karl Fischer/Titration, Capillary Viscometer, TOC, FT-IR, GC etc.)
- Work experience in GMP environment.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Experience with instrument qualification.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct chemical analyses and practical lab work.
- Perform instrument servicing and maintenance.
- Prepare solutions and samples.
- Participate in quality improvement projects.
- Maintain lab operations and documentation.
- Conduct deviation investigations.
- Work daily with GMP compliance.
Required hard skills:
- Chemical analysis techniques (HPLC/UPLC, Karl Fischer titration, capillary viscometer, TOC, FT-IR, GC).
- GMP knowledge and experience.
- Instrument qualification.
