Veritaz AB is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join their dynamic team in Ludvika. The role involves acting as a strategic partner to the business unit, supporting HR-related matters, collaborating with factory leadership, overseeing HR processes, coaching managers, ensuring legal compliance, and driving organizational change.
Main requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and core processes such as performance management and employee relations
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and central HR functions
  • Fluency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken
  • Ability to travel approximately 3 days every 3–6 weeks
Responsibilities:
  • Act as key partner to the business unit providing strategic HR guidance and hands-on support
  • Collaborate with factory leadership to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives
  • Oversee HR processes within the unit coordinating with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Employer Branding
  • Address local HR needs when central support is not immediately available
  • Coach and support managers in performance management, employee relations, and team development
  • Conduct periodic HR audits to ensure legal compliance and adherence to company policies
  • Support organizational change initiatives such as restructuring, succession planning, and talent development
  • Collaborate with HR peers and serve as liaison to other business units to ensure consistency and share best practices
