Main requirements:
  • Academic degree in IT or relevant education, such as system development
  • Relevant and current experience in IT-related industries involving operation, maintenance, and development of complex IT systems
  • Proficient language skills in Swedish and English, oral and written
  • Valid B driver's license
Responsibilities:
  • Act as expert on several healthcare systems ensuring their functionality and technical integration
  • Focus primarily on systems within laboratory medicine and radiology, with possible involvement in other systems
  • Ensure collaboration with medical technology engineers and technicians for integration with medical equipment
  • Troubleshoot and manage system and integration-related issues
  • Test, validate, and deploy new system functionalities
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, routines, work instructions, and checklists
  • Manage multiple contacts including external vendors, internal staff and various departments
  • Lead individual and collaborative projects or assignments
Required hard skills:
  • System operation, maintenance, and development
  • Technical documentation management
  • Testing and validation of IT systems
Recommended hard skills:
  • In-depth understanding of system integrations and associated workflows
  • Experience with IT system management or implementation
  • Experience in business development, change management, digitalization or IT development
  • Project management experience, preferably in IT
