Main requirements:
  • Fluent communication in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
  • For Testers: 4–5 years experience in testing/test automation.
  • For Test Leaders: Minimum 5 years experience in test leadership.
  • Experience working with agile frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe (for Test Leaders).
Responsibilities:
  • Tester: Create automated test cases, build and optimize CI/CD pipelines, contribute to proactive and sustainable testing.
  • Test Leader: Plan, lead and monitor test work, write test plans, prioritize test efforts, secure resources, coach teams, develop test methods, document and improve test processes, and collaborate with developers, requirement owners and users.
Required hard skills:
  • Automated testing using Python, Java, JavaScript or C# (Tester).
  • Knowledge of modern frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright or Robot Framework (Tester).
  • Experience with tools like Jenkins, Docker, Shell Scripting, among others (Tester).
  • Test leadership experience in small and large projects (Test Leader).
Recommended hard skills:
  • ISTQB certification is meritorious (Tester).
Soft skills:
  • Strong communication skills in Swedish and English.
  • Team coaching and development abilities (Test Leader).
  • Proactive and sustainable work approach.
  • Collaboration skills with developers, requirement owners and users.
