Hybrus AB is seeking an experienced IT Administrator for clients in Sweden (Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö) with proven ability to work independently. The role involves managing and developing technical services, ensuring system and digital service availability, focusing on security, stability, accuracy, and meeting SLA requirements.
Main requirements:
  • Experience managing work independently in IT administration
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
  • Good communication skills in English and/or Swedish, verbal and written
  • Experience with Windows, Unix, and Linux server environments
  • Ability to work according to documented processes ensuring SLA compliance
  • Service-oriented mindset and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to handle challenges beyond normal working hours
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver server services according to SLAs and participate in operations and support teams
  • Deploy new servers
  • Perform patch management and upgrade server environments
  • Develop scripts and use automation tools for efficient work processes
  • Participate in projects related to technology platforms
  • Ensure compliance with existing security requirements
  • Actively participate in technology improvement initiatives
