As an Assignment Leader at Saab AB, you will coordinate and lead projects to develop and improve maintenance capabilities for the Gripen system, working closely with engineers and cross-functional teams. Main requirements:
  • Experience or background in project management, business development, production technology, design, or related fields.
  • Curiosity about the interaction between technology, processes, and people.

  • Willingness to undergo security clearance as per current regulations.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and drive assignments and projects related to Gripen maintenance.
  • Lead investigations or improvements in projects of varying sizes.
  • Identify areas for improvement and support engineers in enhancing processes and routines.
  • Work cross-functionally with purchasing, maintenance workshop, and quality assurance teams.
Required hard skills:
  • Project management experience or equivalent.
  • Knowledge in production technology, maintenance processes or similar disciplines.
