The role involves managing external support for the company's trading system and related systems, primarily in Linux Debian environments.
Main requirements:
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree in IT
  • 1-2 years of experience working in a service desk
  • Experience with Linux (Debian)
  • Experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, and network devices
  • Experience with ITIL
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Manage ongoing external support for the company's trading system and related systems
  • Focus on Linux Debian environments
  • Perform software management such as installation, upgrades, and updates
  • Provide troubleshooting support for trading system and adjacent systems
  • Coordinate and lead first-line support team handling external support, system analysis, and customer system administration
  • Take on internal tasks as needed
