Main requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development
- Quick learner with high capacity
- Good communication skills and enjoys problem-solving collaboratively
- Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, cloud infrastructure such as Azure
- Experience with Machine Learning or predictive analytics
- Experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and agents
Responsibilities:
- Develop an AI-driven sales assistant to facilitate and streamline customers' daily work
- Build user-friendly solutions suitable for users with various technical skills
- Implement new features and optimize performance
- Ensure user-friendliness
- Maintain full responsibility for app infrastructure
- Implement traditional machine learning and large language models (LLM)
- Work with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and agents
- Develop native app and web versions with backend based on Azure, Databricks, and cloud-based language models
