IT Management Leader in Geodata at the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency

Lead and manage the IT support systems focused on geodata at the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency in an environment committed to sustainability and digitalization. Work collaboratively with teams and suppliers to ensure secure and effective IT solutions that support environmental protection and property management.
Main requirements:
  • At least 3 years of higher education in IT, systems science, natural science or equivalent competence (minimum 5 years of relevant work experience).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in management of IT operations or project management.
  • Experience in supplier management and commissioning of IT consultancy services.
  • Good communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and oral.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop IT operations related to geodata in collaboration with colleagues and external suppliers.
  • Develop and execute management plans and budgets, and follow up on goals and financials.
  • Ensure security and availability of relevant IT components for organizational needs.
  • Handle contracts, economics, and supplier governance.
