As part of our client's Service Desk team, you will handle cases responsible for both client management and technical support. Main requirements:
  • Experience with Google Workspace and ticket management systems
  • Experience with Intune and Active Directory
  • Knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems and networks
  • Experience in technical documentation and incident management
  • Positive attitude and passionate interest in new technology
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Handling technical issues related to computers, mobile phones, printers and other IT equipment
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues and supporting Mac and Windows
  • On- and off-boarding employees including installation and configuration of work equipment
  • Basic system administration in Active Directory, group policy management and documentation of cases
  • Participate in projects to contribute to system improvements and upgrades
  • Maintain knowledge articles and documentation to ensure a user-friendly support experience
