Main requirements:
  • 3-5 years experience in master data or data governance roles
  • Experience establishing processes and new ways of working
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience leading workshops and training
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems and BI tools
  • Understanding of data architecture, integration and data quality frameworks
  • Experience working in a global environment
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of master data strategies
  • Establish and maintain processes, standards, and routines for high data quality
  • Define and promote data ownership roles and responsibilities
  • Align data structures with operational processes
  • Provide daily support and guidance on master data
  • Facilitate workshops and conduct training to improve data literacy
  • Promote data quality and ownership culture
  • Support adaptation to new ways of working with data
  • Integrate master data with BI, reporting, and digital tools
  • Prepare organization for future ERP transformation
  • Continuously evaluate and improve master data processes and documentation
