Every year, the Swedish Social Insurance Agency (Försäkringskassan) makes around 20 million decisions affecting people's lives and society as a whole, distributing about 250 billion SEK annually, responsibly managing taxpayers' money. The agency embraces innovation and latest technology to simplify, improve, develop, and deliver IT services for Swedish social insurance. Trelleborg is a newly established IT office expanding with a new unit, seeking experienced system developers passionate about coding. The role involves agile teamwork, architecture realization, design, and ensuring code quality, with a focus on continuous improvement and good user experience. The position requires high security awareness due to handling confidential information.
Main requirements:
- University degree or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years recent professional experience in system development
- Proactive initiative and responsibility for achieving good results
- Effective collaboration to achieve common goals
- Good communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to understand and analyze complex issues
- Systematic and meticulous working style
- Good proficiency in Swedish, both oral and written
Responsibilities:
- Develop code and drive implementation of architecture principles, design, and code quality
- Work in agile teams with focus on personal responsibility and continuous improvement

- Participate in team technology choices and design
- Work across container and application servers to user interfaces
