As an expert in methods and processes for information and cybersecurity, you will participate in projects aimed at improving how systems are developed and managed to achieve a balanced level of security. Your work will focus on organizational, process, architectural, and methodological aspects to create secure and robust information systems. You will analyze information flows, assess security needs, identify weaknesses, and suggest improvements, contributing to Sweden's total defense capabilities within a leading research institute.
Main requirements:
  • Several years of experience working with methods and processes for developing and reviewing security in information systems, such as system-related business analysis, security requirements, security analyses, or accreditation.
  • Master's degree or equivalent in informatics, information security, or computer engineering, or equivalent skills as assessed by FOI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, creativity, and ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
  • Participate in projects to investigate and enhance system development and maintenance for balanced security levels.
  • Focus on organization, processes, architecture, and methodological support to develop auditable, secure information systems.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their operations, context, and needs.
  • Analyze support systems, information flows, and security needs.
  • Identify vulnerabilities, analyze risks, and propose security enhancements for existing and new systems.
  • Participate in developing cyber exercises using the cyber facility Crate.
