Implementation Consultant role for ERP solutions in the automotive industry, working directly with clients through the implementation journey from needs analysis to training and support. This is a direct recruitment position at Klipboard, located in Malmö, with travel across Nordic countries and occasionally to the UK and Ireland.
Main requirements:
- Proven experience in configuration and implementation of ERP systems
- Experience as a software industry consultant, preferably with focus on customer training and workshops
- B driver's license and access to a car
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute implementation projects for the DD5 ERP system
- Plan, conduct, and follow up customer training sessions
- Perform needs analysis, installation, and configuration of the system
- Receive and handle support cases both onsite and remotely
- Collaborate with sales, support, and development teams
- Test and document system changes
- Contribute to improvement of processes and tools
