As a requirements analyst and project manager, you play a key role in realizing the authority's digitalization goals by working closely with the IT unit and other departments to identify needs, formulate requirements, and ensure IT solutions meet expectations.
Main requirements:
  • Post-secondary IT education at least level 5 according to SeQF or equivalent education/experience
  • Ability to visualize and describe IT system requirements clearly
  • Experience translating business needs into IT support requirements
  • Experience in project and/or service management
  • Minimum 5 years relevant current experience in duties described
  • Excellent Swedish language skills, spoken and written, for dialogue and documentation
Responsibilities:
  • Lead or support projects and working groups in digital development
  • Identify and analyze business needs in dialogue with different units
  • Decompose needs into structured documentation of requirements
  • Quality assure IT solutions before deployment
  • Support staff in implementing new IT systems and working methods
  • Contribute to developing requirements management, coordination, and quality assurance methods
