Lead the design and implementation of future IT infrastructure in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external IT partners. Combine technical expertise with strategic architecture work and operational responsibility as Service Delivery Manager for cloud services.
Main requirements:
  • Several years of experience in IT infrastructure and cloud services, preferably in an architect role
  • Experience as a client/owner of cloud services and traditional IT services as well as IT architecture
  • Good understanding of cloud platforms
  • Experience in outsourcing, supplier management and ITIL processes
  • Strong communication skills and ability to bridge technical and business areas
  • Experience in information security, networking and identity management is meritorious
  • Relevant higher education in IT or equivalent work experience
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Swedish and English
  • Service-oriented and proactive attitude
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for IT infrastructure architecture
  • Overall technical overview and governance of cloud strategy and implementation
  • Ensure service delivery by external IT suppliers according to agreed SLAs
  • Advise and guide product owners regarding solutions
  • Continuous monitoring, quality assurance and development of cloud services
  • Govern and develop infrastructure target architecture and platforms
  • Manage and develop relationships with suppliers and external partners
  • Incident management and escalation in close dialogue with operations
  • Participate and lead projects related to infrastructure changes and new technical solutions
  • Prepare and maintain documentation, reports and decision materials
