Test and Project Manager for Digitalization and Maintenance

Region Sörmland IT is looking for an experienced test leader and project leader to contribute in IT and digitalization projects, supporting the region's leadership and operations through project and test management, and driving the region's project office.
Main requirements:
  • Experience as a test leader and project leader in larger organizations
  • Relevant academic degree or equivalent knowledge
  • Self-driven and responsible with ability to plan and structure work independently
  • Good communication and listening skills
  • Must speak Swedish fluently (both spoken and written)
  • Class B driving license due to travel requirements
Responsibilities:
  • Participate in IT and digitalization projects as project and/or test leader based on regional project and test models
  • Support region's leadership and operations by providing project and test management
  • Drive Region Sörmland's project office
  • Ensure clear communication and expectation management among stakeholders
