A Solution Engineer focused on documentation to support compliance with the EU Data Act. The role involves creating, maintaining, and managing technical documentation such as API specifications, data models, process flows, and vocabularies to ensure legal and operational compliance.

Responsibilities:
  • Create integration and data documentation in accordance with EU Data Act requirements
  • Write and maintain OpenAPI specifications for APIs
  • Develop and manage code lists, controlled vocabularies, and metadata
  • Document data models, business processes, and workflows
  • Coordinate with legal, technical, and business teams to gather inputs
  • Establish and maintain procedures to keep documentation accurate post go-live
  • Perform routine documentation reviews and updates due to legislative or technical changes
  • Provide training and guidance on effective use of documentation
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of documentation standards, tools, and methodologies
