System Administrator (Logistics)

Adecco is seeking a committed and meticulous consultant for an exciting assignment with one of our larger clients in the energy sector. The role is based in Stockholm and offers some possibility for hybrid work.
Main requirements:
  • University degree in economics, logistics, technology, or equivalent
  • Strong IT skills and experience with business systems
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Support depots and related parties with advice and guidance on computerized administrative routines
  • Ensure integrations between depot and depot collaboration systems and the business system M3 operate correctly
  • Perform manual file transfers for loadings as needed
  • Administer load-IDs
  • Conduct load reconciliations for external depots
  • Correct erroneous transactions in M3
  • Collaborate and communicate with multiple internal and external contacts
Required hard skills:
  • University level education in economics, logistics, technology or equivalent
  • Proficiency with business systems
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
Recommended hard skills:
  • Experience from the energy sector, preferably related to oil or refinery operations
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in the area
  • Experience with systems such as M3 and Horizon
Soft skills:
  • Structured and meticulous with an eye for detail
  • Good cooperation skills and social competence
  • Self-driven and proactive
  • Ability to quickly learn new routines and processes
  • Comfortable working under time pressure
  • Confidence in handling many contact points
Natural languages:
  • Swedish (Proficient)
