Management Leader within Data Platform

As a Management Leader, you will have a key role in ensuring that our customers' system management and application development maintain high quality, are delivered according to agreement, and create value over time. You will lead and coordinate teams, ensure structure and processes, and proactively drive further development of management assignments within the data platform area.
Main requirements:
  • Experience with both agile and waterfall projects.
  • Familiarity with system management, support processes, and documentation.
  • Good understanding of integrations, data platforms, or applications.
  • Strong leadership capabilities.
  • Clear communication skills in both Swedish and English, orally and in writing, including digital and physical meetings.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate management groups and external stakeholders, ensuring assignments follow schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
  • Proactively develop and drive management objects forward through improvement proposals and development initiatives, potentially leading to new or additional sales.
  • Work closely with sales teams to flag business opportunities and ensure that key communications and deliveries are reviewed and quality assured before reaching the customer.
  • Responsible for overall documentation, communicate decisions and changes, and ensure all solution proposals and estimates are reviewed before presenting to the customer.
  • Plan resources and availability, ensure team time allocation, manage workspaces, and secure staffing during periods like vacations. Responsible for approvals of overtime work.
