Lead IT projects within economy and HR, translate business needs into technical solutions, and support organizational development at the County Administrative Boards in Sweden. Main requirements:
  • Academic degree in IT or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum 5 years experience managing complex IT projects in large organizations
  • Experience implementing business systems
  • Experience working with steering committees in complex client organizations
Responsibilities:
  • Lead projects in economy and HR IT systems implementation
  • Communicate with steering groups and stakeholders both inside and outside the organization
  • Build collective competence and develop operational processes
  • Plan, organize, and prioritize work efficiently
  • Coordinate teams and create engagement to achieve common goals
  • Ensure holistic delivery from project to maintenance stages
