Main requirements:
  • Minimum five years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Analyst
  • Relevant university degree, preferably in IT
  • Experience working with agile methodologies and acting as a bridge between business and IT
  • Documented experience handling both functional and non-functional requirements
  • Proven skills in requirements management, workshop facilitation, and process mapping
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, and Azure DevOps
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with customers in the Gothenburg area and IT development teams
  • Focus on requirement specification, process mapping, and change management
  • Conduct workshops and facilitate solution development
  • Translate business needs into value-creating results
  • Engage in diverse BA roles like Scrum Master, Product Owner, Business Architect etc. through Nexer's BA by Nexer concept
  • Pursue certifications and continuous learning, including annual focus areas like AI for Business Analysts
