Danish-speaking IT Support Technician

We are looking for a Danish-speaking IT Support Technician passionate about IT and helping others with technical issues. You'll join a knowledgeable servicedesk team in an innovative company, assisting customers with technical questions, troubleshooting, and support in a modern IT environment.
Main requirements:
  • Fluent in Danish, Swedish, and English (spoken and written)
  • Interest and knowledge in IT
  • Experience or merit in customer service or technical support
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, networks, Windows Server, and hardware
Responsibilities:
  • Receive and handle support tickets from users with excellent customer service
  • Manage client computers, servers, and mobile phones
  • Support Windows environment, Microsoft 365, company applications, and administer Active Directory and Azure/Entra ID
  • Follow up and resolve user tickets focusing on customer satisfaction
  • Identify and report recurring issues in support delivery
