Main requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field
  • Experience as Second line Technical Support, developer or equivalent in SaaS or IT industry
  • Good knowledge of REST API framework and Postman
  • Competency in JSON, XML and SFTP
  • Experience with Q/A testing and incident management
Responsibilities:
  • Plan, structure and implement Inyett's API for new and existing customers and partners
  • Set up integrations, e.g. automate data transfers via SFTP
  • Act as first and second line technical support by troubleshooting existing integrations and resolving issues
  • Collaborate with incident coordinator for handling and communication during outages and incidents
  • Lead technical projects including customer and API version migrations and other integrations
  • Support internal stakeholders with technical questions related to product deliveries
  • Perform Q/A testing
