Senior IT Technician

We are seeking a Senior IT Technician to provide technical expertise and excellent customer service. The role involves working closely with customers in technical environments to troubleshoot and optimize IT solutions, including Office 365, servers, networks, and IT security. The position requires at least 2-3 years of experience in technical support, proficiency with Microsoft 365 administration, network knowledge, and a focus on IT security.
Main requirements:
  • 2-3 years experience in technical support roles such as onsite technician, 2nd line or 3rd line support
  • Experience as Global Admin in Microsoft 365 with strong skills in configuration and troubleshooting of security, conditional access, and Exchange
  • Knowledge and experience with networking including switches, Wi-Fi, and firewalls
  • Experience with Windows servers and Active Directory
  • Possession of a driving license (B)
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer support including troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding related to IT tools and system access
  • Participate in projects aimed at improving IT infrastructure and security
  • Contribute to customer transitions from competitors, including migrating applications to company environments
  • Maintain a strong focus on both strategic and operational IT security
Required hard skills:
