Scania is undergoing an exciting transformation from a traditional manufacturer of trucks, buses, and engines to a leading provider of sustainable and complete transport solutions. Within transmission manufacturing, the company is building future production systems for electrified drivetrains, driven by industrial digitalization. The role focuses on developing innovative BI and Power Apps solutions that impact daily production and strategic management decisions to drive an insight-driven and efficient organization.
Main requirements:
  • Engineering degree in computer science, statistics, industrial economics, data science, or similar field.
  • 1–3 years experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and Power BI or equivalent BI tools.
  • Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience with Power Apps is a merit.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain BI solutions supporting digital transformation.
  • Collect, cleanse, and analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights.
  • Work closely with the business to understand needs and create relevant visualizations and reports.
  • Develop solutions in Power Apps.
  • Stay updated on the latest BI and data science trends and apply them.
