Join Silex Microsystems AB as an IT Support Technician to help solve technical issues, support users, and improve IT services in a high-tech environment. This full-time, on-site role involves providing first-line support, managing IT equipment, and collaborating on IT projects in a mixed office and production setting.
Main requirements:
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Office, and Teams/SharePoint.
  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory/Entra, Intune, and Exchange administration.
  • General knowledge of IT hardware such as PCs, monitors, printers, and mobile phones.
  • General knowledge of server operations, networks, firewalls, and VPN.
  • Experience using scripting languages (preferably PowerShell) to automate Windows-based processes.
  • Self-motivated with an ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective prioritization skills with multiple competing demands.
  • Strong communication skills with clarity, warmth, and active listening.
  • Growth mindset with proactive learning and skill development.
  • Ability to communicate well in Swedish.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1st line support via on-site visits, ticket system, and remote access.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with computers, printers, networks, operating systems, and applications.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, mobile devices, and IT equipment.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings in Active Directory and other systems.
  • Document support cases and contribute to knowledge base.
  • Participate in IT projects including hardware/software rollouts.
  • Collaborate with other IT technicians and external vendors.
  • Support IT equipment in the manufacturing environment.
