As a Helpdesk Technician, you will join Vitec Group IT, part of a 27-person team responsible for the IT environment and data centers in Vitec Software Group. Vitec is a leading software provider with 46 business units across Northern Europe, supporting over 25,000 customers. This role involves providing 1st and 2nd line support in a Microsoft and MacOS environment, managing cases independently and collaboratively across multiple countries and IT systems. Candidates should be structured, service-oriented problem solvers, fluent in English and either Dutch, Finnish, or Swedish, with IT education and experience in similar support roles.
Main requirements:
  • Experience in 1st and 2nd line IT support
  • Education in IT or relevant technical background
  • Fluent in English both spoken and written
  • Fluent in one of Dutch, Finnish, or Swedish
  • Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple simultaneous assignments
  • Strong service orientation and good communication skills

Responsibilities:
